By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Nature of Services

Fly Support Desk provides travel assistance and support services, including but not limited to:

  • Flight booking assistance
  • Reservation modifications
  • Cancellation support
  • General travel-related assistance

We act as an independent service provider and are not affiliated with any airline.


2. Service Fees (Non-Refundable)

All service fees charged by Fly Support Desk are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

This includes:

  • Booking assistance fees
  • Consultation charges
  • Modification or cancellation service fees

These fees cover time, expertise, and operational costs.


3. Airline Tickets & Third-Party Services

Refunds for airline tickets or third-party bookings are subject to:

  • The respective airline’s fare rules
  • Terms and conditions of the travel provider

Fly Support Desk does not control airline refund decisions.

If eligible, refunds from airlines may take 7–30 business days or longer depending on the provider.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the scheduled departure time
  • Late or no-show cancellations may not be eligible for any refund
  • Service fees remain non-refundable even if the booking is cancelled

5. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund only if:

  • The airline approves a refund under their policy
  • A duplicate payment was made
  • A transaction error occurred

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


6. Processing Time

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–14 business days after approval
  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, customers must contact our support team.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Submission of dispute evidence to payment processors
  • Legal recovery of funds if necessary

8. No Guarantee Clause

Fly Support Desk does not guarantee:

  • Ticket availability
  • Pricing accuracy at all times
  • Airline approval of refunds or changes
